Our chefs are committed and dedicated to giving you an outstanding memorable experience. The unique sushi concept is “without soy sauce, but if you want it”. This concept was created by our co founder and Executive chef Shinya Ikeda who works diligently to ensure that each piece of sushi served is brushed with just the right amount of soy sauce and topped with an accompaniment that harmonises the flavour of the fish. But of course our first priority is you and we can serve as much soy sauce as you desire. "Definitely one of the best sushi I've ever had.I will recommend this restaurant to both non Japanese and Japanese people. I came from Japan, and did not expect too much as the restaurant is not ran by Japanese Son I realized the thought was wrong. They added some western cuisine originalities to the sushi, beside keeping the Japanese sushi essence. The extent of aging fish, the softness of rice (and the rice was well cooked and seasoned, the combination of rice and fish... everything was perfect. The originality was interesting seen as a Japanese, such as cappuccino of miso soup."

Yashin Ocean House was founded by two close friends Yasuhiro Mineno and Shinya Ikeda in 2013 following the success of Yashin Sushi Bar. Their passion for Japanese cuisine resulted in creating a unique restaurant dedicated to giving the best possible dining experience to London diners.
